Terms and conditions
In short
Your appointment is final once we confirm it, you get a clear price upfront, and we discuss beforehand what can be achieved.
Appointments
An appointment is only final once we confirm it by phone or email. Want to move or cancel an appointment? Let us know as soon as possible.
Prices and quotes
The price depends on the type, size and condition of what we clean. You receive a price or quote in advance. If the condition on site is clearly different, we discuss it with you first before continuing.
Execution
We work carefully and use products suited to the material. Please tell us about existing damage, defects or points of attention in advance, so we can take them into account.
Results
Not every stain, scratch or sign of wear can disappear completely. We discuss what's achievable with you in advance.
